Good Times

These are green chili cheese fries, but I consider them a cousin to poutine. The fries themselves are about 7-8 mm thick and battered with a spicy seasoning blend. The sauce is a thickened green chili (made with hatch chilies) that is more tangy than spicy. The cheese is shredded cheddar. It turns into a gloopy homogenous lump of potato and goo, but it was satisfying.
