Just Braise

I’ve had their poutine twice now. The fries are pretty good, possibly double fried. The curds are real but unfortunately are always melted to the point where you could convince me it was shredded mozzarella, a side effect of being in Ontario. The sauce was decent. Not remarkable, not offensive. Maybe a little lacking in flavor. It’s pretty good poutine for these parts.
